Healthy Lifestyle Plan
Now that Summer is on it's way, I've decided that it's time to get back to my healthy lifestyle plan. I haven't really gone so far off the plan but I could be doing better. Last year I lost 15kg and I want to lose 5kg more before my wedding in February 2009. For me, slowly but surely really does win the race, which is why I am starting from today. The healthy eating part is easy, the exercise part on the other hard is not so easy. My excercise of choice is walking, but on rainy days I do a step aerobic DVD at my house. Weather here is unstable so it is always good to have a back up plan.

I was doing Weight Watchers when I first came back to Australia (lost 8 kilos) but have fallen off the wagon (and put 2kg back on) but need to get back on track! I will be having dress fittings from January I beleive so need to try and lost another 8 kilos or so and I am also going to get started back on track this week. I am also pretty crap at the excersise part (and the overeating part also! What can I say, i love food!) and walking is also my choice but I need some backups and I also think yoga or pilates might break it up a bit so might go to a class or two.

Good luck! I've just quit the gym (not that I went anyway), so now I need to try to exercise at home.
